EXTRAC-TEC Agency

As discussed, we would be happy to work with you as an independent agent selling HPC equipment according to the following terms:

•          Agency is on a exclusive basis starting today and expiring at end October 2014 at which time we will review progress/sales achieved and decide – at our sole discretion – whether this arrangement will be renewed/extended.

•          The complete details of all referrals (at minimum full name, email, phone number and country) are to be emailed to me such that your new prospects are registered as leads generated by you and also so that we can confirm whether the lead is a new referral or if the prospective client is already working with us. No commission can be paid if we have not confirmed the customer is a lead generated by you.

•          No commission is payable to you if the party that you introduce is a broker / agent and not an end customer.

•          In the event that you introduce new leads which covert into sales, the commission payable to you will be 7% of net machine price (excl. shipping)

•          Commission is based on the HPC machines and Feed Conveyors only – not on shipping costs or any accessories (such as pumps, generators, spare parts, etc.)

•          Commission is payable within 10 days of receipt and clearance of final payment from customer (as and when funds are received and not in advance).

•          Pricing policy / price transparency:

  •     The prices that we set are the prices that the end customer pays for our machines – the same prices that appear on our website

  •     Agents may not add additional commissions or mark-ups to our prices (unless they are clearly providing additional services or products that justify these mark-ups).

  •     The goal of this is to ensure that our products remain competitive with other suppliers and that our Agents do not damage this competitiveness.

•          Agents may not remove Extrac-TEC signage/decals/serial plates or other identifying marks from literature, images, machines or wherever else these have been placed to identify our products.

•          We urge you to review all of the information on our website and to email us with any technical/commercial questions you may have so that we can be sure that prospective customers are receiving accurate information about our products.

•          You hereby agree that no employer-employee relationship is created by this arrangement – you are operating as an independent contractor.

•          Please confirm that you are in agreement with the above.

 

 

 

EXTRAC-TEC Solutions Overview

We offer low, medium and high-capacity solutions for Alluvial and Hard Rock gold as well as other mineral recovery applications.

 

The philosophy behind our technology is summarized as follows:

1.      Recovery rate is the most important factor for a mineral recovery system. It is easy to increase the capacity of a good process, but usually futile trying to “add” good recovery to a bad process.

   •          Our HPC systems routinely achieve gold recovery rates in the 95-98% range and consistently demonstrate this by analyzing gold losses in tailings of our processes.

   •          To illustrate the importance of this, for a gold recovery system operating in an area with 1 gram/ton grade, assuming 250 operating hours per month and gold at $1,700/Ounce, the loss due to poor recovery is:

     •     $68,000 per month for a small operation running 20 tons/hour and $340,000 per month for a 100 ton/hour operation with 25% loss rate (75% recovery)

     •     $109,000 per month for a small operation running 20 tons/hour and $547,000 per month for a 100 ton/hour operation with 40% loss rate (60% recovery)

Note: 60% recovery is typical of many installations we visit and 75% recovery is extremely unusual to find – specifically in deposits with high quantities of extremely fine gold particles

1.      Our equipment is mobile and modular in design which offers our customers greater flexibility in where and how they operate and allows for a greater degree of process control.

2.      We use no chemicals at all, providing a solution that is environmentally responsible.

 

Typically recovery of Gravity Recoverable Gold with the HPC systems is in excess of 95-98% !

EXTRAC-TEC HPC machines reliably recover gold  from nugget-size down to ultra-fine particles so small that they suspend on the water surface when cleaning concentrate.

The video shows cleaning of concentrate produced by an HPC-30 from an operation washing Alluvial Gravels at a throughput of approximately 20-25 tons/hour.

At this throughput and at higher process rates, the HPC-30 reliably and consistently recovers 95 - 98% of the Gravity Recoverable Gold.

It is remarkable to see that even the smallest gold partcles are captured. These particles are so small that even with careful hand-panning of the concentrate it is difficult to retain them as they suspend on the water surface and flow with the water.

 

HPC-10 and HPC-15 System for Exploration and Bulk Sampling

Our HPC-10 and HPC-15 are compact, self-contained machines designed for exploration and bulk sampling with all components integrated into one trailer-mounted unit.

 

HPC-30 System for Small / Start-Up Operations

This system consists of the HPC-30 recovery unit and a choice of various different feed systems to accommodate a broad range of operating conditions.

A single HPC-30 line is an ideal solution for small / start-up operations which plan to add additional modules as they require additional capacity.

 

System-120 for Medium to High Capacity Operations

We custom-design high capacity solutions according to your specific requirements and based on the proven performance of our recovery modules.

These systems can vary from smaller 2- line installations to larger 4-line systems matched with dry or wet feeders.

An additional and very significant advantage is that our approach allows you to start with a smaller operation and then integrate your equipment modules into a high-capacity operation without your initial investment becoming redundant.

 

HPC-10

We have upgraded our HPC-10 machine to the same format/platform as the HPC-15.

The new HPC-10 is basically identical to the HPC-15 with the exception that the HPC-10 does not include the integrated Feed Conveyor System, but instead the HPC-10 is equipped with a Manual Feed Chute.

In all other respects, the HPC-10 is identical to the HPC-15.

It is important to understand the nature of the material you will be processing in order to ensure that you have efficient feeding of material to the HPC-30.

We offer the following choice of Feeders to suit your requirements:

1.      The FC-30 feeder for HPC-30 is Hopper / Belt Conveyor, designed for dry material that is not sticky / with clay content – cost is $29,200 (this is similar to the feeder shown in the HPC-30 video but a completely updated design)

Spare HPC-30 Concentrator Belt:

•          The HPC-30 Concentrator Belt is a proprietary component which we manufacture.

•          Belts typically last 1-2 years before a replacement is required.

•          We offer a spare Double-helix Concentrator Belt along with the purchase of your machine at $9,765 (list price less 30%)

•          Given that you will be shipping your machine in a container, it makes sense to purchase a spare belt as you will incur no extra shipping cost for this rather bulky item.

 

Capacity Building: Integration of HPC-30 into System-120

In planning your business, you will no doubt consider how you can increase the processing capacity of your operation.

You will be pleased to know that we have introduced a high-capacity solution – “System-120” – which will build on your HPC-30 investment and ensure that this becomes the foundation of a larger operation.

For high capacity operations, we offer a modular solution with capacity of 120 tons/hour which can be adapted to suit your requirements.

This system includes 3 process modules:

1.      Feed System

The Feeder Module is an excavator-fed, fully independent Grizzly scalping feeder 1200 wide x 2650 long with one row of 1550 long grizzly bars, fitted with a dynamic underpan and a static oversize chute and mounted on a skid base for standard container shipping.

The Grizzly will be mounted on steel coil isolation springs and driven by 2 off 1.75kW 4 pole vibrator motors.

(optionally a simplified Feed Chute can be supplied or the system can also be fed with a high-capacity Hopper / Conveyor if material is best suited to this technique).

1.      Scrubbing and Screening Unit

This is a 3-Chamber rotary Trommel Scrubber with double-drum, heavy-duty rubber/urethane mining screen and undersize slurry distributor.

Note: the Screening section of this unit includes Rubber and Urethane screening panels which can be exchanged / chosen to size material specifically for your ever-changing material profiles which allows you to optimize classification based on the exact gold particle sizing of your deposit.

The entire unit is 7.6m long and mounted on towable trailer with Landing Legs and fitted with 15kW variable speed drive system, replaceable wear-liners and custom-fitted / interchangeable rough and fine screen panels.

Slurry distributor permits control of gravity feed via slurry hoses to 1, 2, 3 or 4 recovery units.

1.      Recovery System

You can choose between standard and high-recovery options.

The standard recovery system is a set of 4 X High-capacity recovery sluices fitted with Riffles, Concentrate Matting and Riffle Locks. (See www.extrac-tec.com/120 - click on images to enlarge)

With the high-recovery option, slurry from the Scrubbing/Screening unit is split and fed to 4 X HPC-30 recovery units. This option offers the highest capacity and recovery option possible.

 

Should you be interested in a High Capacity system, please provide me with details of your requirements so that we can configure a solution to match your needs.

Cost of implementation can vary from $200,000 to $700,000 depending on the modules required and configuration of the recovery system.

 

We can also assist you with complete support for your startup operation, including sourcing of accessories and assistance on-site with installation, commissioning and training of your team.

 

Concentrate Cleaning Kits

We offer a number of Concentrate Cleaning kits to assist you in the final cleaning step after removal of concentrate from your HPC machine:

•          Kit #1 – Cost $896.69 – Basic Kit including Classifier Sieves, Variety of Cleanup Pans and Magnets, Sample bottles, washtubs and Keene Super Concentrator Sluice Mats

•          Kit #2 – Cost $1,406.45 – Kit #1 + KSCR Keene Super Concentrator

•          Kit #3 – Cost $5,533.29  – Kit #1 + 46" X 19.5" Shaker Table with Water Pump, Mounting Frame and 1.5kW 220/240V to 110V Step-Down Transformer

 

Raw Gold Smelting Kit:

After you have cleaned your concentrate, you will want to smelt the raw gold to further purify it and then pour Dore Bars which are easier and more secure to handle. Our smelting kit costs $4,820 and includes:

•          3kg Electric Furnace which can be powered from electrical mains or from the generator used to power your HPC equipment

•          10 X Graphite Crucibles with 3 X Graphite Mixing Rods

•          2 X Cast Iron Dore Bar Molds

•          Kevlar Safety Gloves, Kevlar Apron and handling tongs

•          10kg of EXTRAC-TEC smelting flux

 

Shipping

•          Clients can make their own shipping arrangements or we can assist with this and can deliver CIF you closest ocean port.

•          For international / ocean shipments, the optimal shipping configurations are:

  •          HPC-30 + AF-30 in a 20’ container (40’ container required with order of pump & generator)

  •          HPC-30 + FC-30 in a 40’ container

  •          An additional 20’ container may be required for auxiliary equipment

•          Estimated Shipping Costs to your closest ocean ports are:

  •          40’ container - approximately $9,000

  •          20’ container – approximately $6,000

  •          Costs include packaging, inland transportation to port, shipping, insurance and forwarding fees

  •          We typically obtain quotes from a number of forwarders depending on the origin & destination of the shipment

•          Total delivery time for most destination ports (including trucking, vessel waiting time and sailing) is estimated at 4-5 weeks from date of departure from our facility (to be confirmed by freight forwarder at time of booking)

•          Many of our customers purchase the shipping container in order to use this on- site as a secure storage room (for accessories, concentrate, etc.) or as a lock-up maintenance workshop. Should you wish to purchase the shipping container, costs are:

  •          40’ container - $4,800.00

  •          20’ container –$3,100.00

•          We can also supply Heavy Duty Industrial shelving kits for these containers so that they are perfectly suited for storage of spares, tools and accessories – spec and price as follows:

  •          40’ container shelving  (11.16m X 1.8m X 5 shelves) - $3,730.00

  •          20’ container shelving  (5.64m X 1.8m X 5 shelves) –$1,890.00

•          We can provide training at our facility or we can send a Technician to your site for assistance with on-site training and installation.

•          We STRONGLY recommend that you get on-site assistance as this will save you many hours of unnecessary work and greatly enhance the value of your investment.
